I interpreted the scan as an alternative to the engraving plate and ink jet printer, using it as a tool for the later inking and production of the print.
The method revisits the tradition of engraving and printing utilizing modern technologies. |

I received a pack of precious uncoated paper with a very visible watermark produced by the S. Giovanni Paper Mill.
This paper has been out of production for decades.

It was a gift from Stella Galeotti Fiori for my exhibit at the Stamperia Benedetti, Pescia, Tuscany in May 2023. |

The print was made by Acsaf, who created a special series of Piezography ink and the print profile.

|
|
The drawings were reproduced on a 1:1 scale from originals on a sketch pad, with the horizontals presented in a pair. |

The series is a unique copy.
